Dispatch Time

Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. I endeavour to get your order out to you as quickly as possible but I am a one woman band so please do bear with me.

If you require your order urgently, please get in touch before placing your order.

Items that are in stock may be able to be shipped more quickly.

Shipping UK

UK orders are sent Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard.

I offer free UK delivery when you spend over £40

Please upgrade at checkout for express delivery.

Wrapping Paper is sent folded unless postal tube upgrade is selected at checkout.

Shipping International

Orders to USA are sent via USPS and usually take around 5-7 days.

Orders to Europe and ROW are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Please note this is not a tracked service. This is due to the high price of tracked shipping from the UK to international countries. If you would like your order tracked, please select the upgrade at checkout.

Shipping can take 3-17 working days and occasionally parcels can get delayed at customs so please take this into account when ordering.

Shipping charges DO NOT include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer. If the package is rejected by the customer at the destination and safely returned to us a refund will be offered for the goods only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and price.

For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch and I will endeavour to resolve your issue. I accept returns and exchanges on non-bespoke orders.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for custom, bespoke or personalised orders.
